LOVE & LIBERATION
Love & Liberation is a course for Women of Color to help you access self-acceptance, heal your relationships, and build a network of heart-centered leaders committed to our collective liberation through the power of unconditional love.
This 16-week journey combines proven practices in holistic trauma-informed healing, spiritual psychology, and somatic embodiment. A dream team of experienced healers and coaches will support you through individual coaching, group coaching, and a curated four month experience of transformation.
This is an intimate experience with spots for only 16 people total, so that every person gets deep support and attention for their healing journey.
Over the course of the next four months you will:

What this course includes:
NINE LIVE EMBODIMENT SESSIONS
We meet twice a month for a total of nine (9) embodiment sessions. In these 2 hour (120 minute) sessions we will be guided through an experiential learning journey on one of the 9 Love & Liberation topics combining somatic embodiment, mindfulness, meaningful connection and reflection exercises. All of the sessions are recorded for lifetime access and in case you miss (Valued at $4500).
FOUR 1:1 COACHING SESSIONS
You’ll be matched with one of our healing-centered coaches to support you throughout the course. Each month you’ll have a 60 minute coaching session to dive deeper in your learning and be witnessed in your healing journey. You’ll also receive guidance and accountability Each session will be tailored to your specific needs with guidance, support and accountability.
This is your time and we are here to hold you as you walk bravely on this path of self liberation through love (Valued at $600).
FOUR GROUP COACHING SESSIONS
Each month you’ll join one live group coaching session. These group coaching sessions will be held by Lotus and one of our expert embodiment coaches to support you in integrating and working through what’s coming up. The power of group coaching is the co-learning that can happen as many of struggle with the same challenges (Valued at $1000).
PRIVATE COMMUNITY FORUM
Access our private online forum to share learnings and inspiration on your path and strengthen your connections and community. You'll also be matched with a "love & liberation partner" for accountability to grow with (Valued at $800).
EXPERT COACHES & HEALERS
We have carefully curated each Embodiment Session to develop your skills in self-love and liberation and have invited a select group of trained coaches, facilitators, and guides over the course of the journey together. All of our experts are trauma-informed DEI practitioners.
LESSONS FOR A LIFETIME
These teachings are deep and comprehensive, and we recommend returning to them time and time again over your journey. That is why we give you lifetime access to the material so you can revisit it any time. In fact, many of the participants that have connected through our programs have gone on to launch projects together, which we love!

Soul sisterhood.
Why I created this program:
I get it. I’ve been there.
I used to be someone that sought answers outside of myself. I prized external validation over inner self-acceptance. I prized accomplishments and praise over balance and peace. I prized partnership as the ultimate proof that I was someone worthy of love.
My love was conditional and came with a lot of unconscious expectations.
I was caught in the struggle of codependency and anxious attachment. I was highly sensitive and over-reactive, I knew my emotions were a gift but I didn’t know how to manage or master them. I was a high achiever tending to a lot of peoples needs and generally doing the UTMOST, living through cycles of burnout. And as a woman of color working in fields of social change, I felt more and more overwhelmed by the uphill battle of making a difference all the while navigating patriarchy, white supremacy, systemic oppression and waves of grief.
I felt exhausted, defeated and like I was failing myself and others.
And so I dove head first into healing myself. I took my healing “off court” by putting my stuff in storage and going on a nomadic soul journey of 2.5 years traveling through 12 countries primarily in Southeast Asia and Central America, at the spiritual buffet working with healer after healer. I tried hypnotherapy, cranio-sacral, tantra, shamanism, daoism, kundalini yoga, breathwork, and EMDR to name a few. While the teachings were beautiful, I found it isolating to be one of the few women of color in these spiritual circles of healing. Where were my people? I craved real community.
So I moved back to the unceeded land of the Ohlone Chochenyo people currently known as Oakland, California and began hosting monthly BIPOC healing circles and community gatherings. I slowly found my people and felt called to create S.O.U.L., the School of Unconditional Love. SOUL is designed to be a home for people of color to not only heal themselves but to find strength, solidarity and belonging with one another. Love & Liberation is our flagship course for Women of Color and is just the beginning of what I hope will be a living legacy!
